Between the hours of 7 am to 6 pm Monday - Friday, the lounge is available only to faculty and staff that occupy the A.C.E.S. Building. |
The A.C.E.S. Faculty Lounge is a meeting & reception facility that is open to A.C.E.S. affiliated organizations and UT VIPs only on weekends and after 6 pm on Monday - Friday. This 1400 square foot room contains 6 tables with seating for up to 24 people plus 14 sofa chairs. The open space and atmosphere allows for special meetings, meals and special events with food catered only by O's Campus Café.

Once you have submitted your request, contact Annette Noorzad to arrange access and if you require catering, contact O's Campus Café to custom design your menu.
